De Londense gangster Harris (Malcolm McDowell) stuurt zijn trouwe handlanger Neelyn (Vinnie Jones) naar West-Virginia om een witwasoperatie op te zetten met de Amerikaanse oliemagnaat Preston (Ron Perlman). De deal lijkt goed te verlopen, tot Neelyn's vriendin ineens verdwijnt. Neelyn is uit op wraak en de relatie tussen de drie partijen komt op scherp te staan.
